**Returns & Withdrawal Policy**

Thanks for buying from us! This policy covers both our standard returns process and your legal rights as an EU customer.

**Standard Returns**

We accept returns on new and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at [hi@mamaelephant.com] Include your order number and the full name the order was placed under.

Please note:
- Only products purchased directly from [www.mamaelephant.com](https://www.mamaelephant.com) are eligible for returns and refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
- Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded in store credit only
- Refund amounts will be reduced by outbound shipping fees, any promotional discounts or offers received that your new order total would not have been eligible for (including free shipping thresholds and other promotions)
- A 5% restocking/transaction fee applies to all returns and order cancellations

**EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal**

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Where our standard 30-day return window is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period, EU customers benefit from the full 30-day window.

**How to exercise your right of withdrawal:**
Contact us at [hi@mamaelephant.com](mailto:hi@mamaelephant.com) with a clear written statement including your name, order number, and the date of your request. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

**Returning your items:**
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days of your notification. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

**Refunds for EU withdrawals:**
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using your original payment method. Please note our standard deductions (outbound shipping fees, promotional discounts, and 5% restocking fee) still apply.
