Thanks for buying from us! You have 30 days to return new and unused products.
- Please contact us first to initiate a return. Include your order number and full name the order was placed under.
- Only products purchased directly from www.mamaelephant.com are eligible for returns for refunds.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returns.
- Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded in store credit only.
- Refund amount will be reduced by outbound shipping fees, any promotional discounts and offers received that your new order total would not have been eligible for. This includes but is not limited to 'free shipping' under the minimum purchase amount and any other promotional offers and discounts.
- A 5% restocking/transaction fee applies to all returns and order cancellations.

- Product(s) must be purchased directly from www.mamaelephant.com or a verifiable Authorized Mama Elephant Retail Partner.
- Proof of purchase required in order to submit a claim.
- Claim can only be submitted by original buyer.
- Product(s) with clear visible defects must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Normal wear and tear and/or staining of products are excluded from claims.
