Round Tag Buddies with Guest Designer Amanda

Welcome everyone! This is Amanda from Twiddler's Nook. I'm so happy to be part of the Mama Elephant Designer Series of posts for the new anniversary release. I love every bit of this release so much, it was hard to choose a project to highlight today. This card features the new Round Tag Buddies with all their cuteness and accessories! The Round Tag Sentiments stamp set is a must have to expand the use of this set too! It has the round sentiments for everything from thank you to birthday and holiday.

After coloring and die cutting my images I went back and heat embossed my sentiment on the ornament so it would really pop. Then I added a couple of hearts to the center from different Mama Elephant die sets I had in my stash.

Once that was done, I switched to my card front. The background is die cut from the Shimmer Lights cover plate and glued it to a white card base. Then I cut the largest bow from the Take a Bow set from red cardstock and lined the back with foam strips. After threading ribbon through the ornament, I glued it to the back of the bow before adhering both to the card front.

Then, for finishing touches, I added glossy accents to my puppy nose and white gel pen highlights to him and the center heart. Isn't it the sweetest?!?
