Build a Bouquet with Mimi
Hi there, Mimi here with a cute box of mini cards using the new Build a Bouquet stamp set. I love this set and how you can create a flower bouquet for all occasions, from birthdays to thank yous and even Christmas. Here, I created a box filled with 5 mini cards, all with a bouquet for the different occasions. I have one for birthday, love, baby, thank you and Christmas.

To start, I need a small box to fit my cards in. I found a 3 3/4” x 3 3/4” square box (1” in depth) in my craft drawers. Next, I needed some notecards and envelopes to fit inside. The Fortune Envelope CC was PERFECT!! The square envelopes measure 3 1/4” and the scalloped frame was great for the cards.

I made 5 white envelopes to go with the 5 cards. The envelopes are die cut from regular white printing paper. Cardstock would be too thick. I die cut 5 scalloped frames from 80lbs white cardstock and set them aside. I also cut 5 pieces of white cardstock measuring 2 7/8” x 5 3/4”, scoring the middle, creating 2 7/8” square cards.

I ink blended and ink splattered each scalloped frame. I used Festive Berries, Spiced Marmalade, Twisted Citron, Salvaged Patina and Wilted Violet distress oxide inks. I, then, adhered them to the 2 7/8” cards.

For all the cards, I used the Build a Bouquet stamp set for my flower bouquets. Messages are from the Mini Messages stamp set and the tag is from Jar of Hearts stamp set. Listed below are other stamp sets and dies I used.

Hello Baby card: Little Elephant Agenda - little elephant with balloons

Happy Birthday card:
Party Animals - balloon Added Diamond Stickles to the balloons for some sparkle

Merry Christmas card:
Deliver Spring Happiness - created poinsettias with the kangaroo sunflowers
Peekapals - santa hat
Serenity Ornament CC - sprigs Added Diamond Stickles to the stars pick for some sparkle.

Lastly, I decorated the top of my card box using the Pop Up Trellis Bloom CC, adding flowers from Build a Bouquet inside the planter box. The Paper Hugs word from the new Paper Hugs CC was perfect to finish the box.

I hope my mini cards have inspired you to create floral bouquet cards for all occasions! Thanks for stopping by.
